We had a water issue related to the recent freeze. Dennis came to our house within a day. In order to give us as fair a price as possible, he put a great effort into diagnosing our issue. I really appreciated that rather than just giving us a high quote, he instead made sure he knew the real scope of the issue. He spent an hour and a half with me digging into the issues so that he could give me as low a quote as possible. He then was able to come back within two days to complete our repairs.
