The Olympus Terrace Master Bath Conversion in Mukilteo began as water damage restoration and evolved into a full downstairs primary suite transformation. The scope expanded to include new hardwood flooring throughout the main level, updated doors and trim, custom stair treads with metal railing, and a reconfigured layout to convert a former ½ bath into a true master bathroom.
The new primary bath features a fully integrated curbless shower system, achieved by breaking into the concrete slab to install a recessed pan and heated flooring that extends seamlessly into the shower area. A custom walnut vanity, Taj Mahal surfaces, Zellige tile, and carefully curated hardware selections create a warm, design-driven aesthetic.
The finished result is a refined, highly functional primary suite that reflects thoughtful planning and elevated craftsmanship.
