We hired Denis and his team to take on an extensive renovation of the lower level of our home as well as to install new flooring throughout the entire home. They were always very prompt in their communication, easy to reach, and very responsive. Denis is very knowledgeable in many areas and it is apparent how much he truly cares about good outcomes be it structural, material, install, or even design. Our new master bath is now the best room in the house and our home has taken on a whole new charm.

From start to finish his team kept communication front and center, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Even when we ran into a small electrical hiccup during the project it was handled quickly and professionally without slowing anything down. The tile work in particular was phenomenal. Overall, I had a great experience with Crafthaus and would happily recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom remodel.

We had our kitchen remodeled. Dennis was great to work with from the initial estimate to to work on-site where he was present daily managing the guys. One of our biggest concerns that we shared with him was containing the dust from construction and we were really happy to see how seriously he took dust control. They set up a plastic wall and covered the floor with construction paper. We had a few changes throughout the project which were handled well and for a reasonable price. Dennis always kept us informed on the progress of the project and updated the timeline as things progressed. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience!

Crafthaus is one of the most pleasant companies I’ve ever worked with. Very detail oriented, punctual, customer service focused, with frequent updates, quick & efficient. All the team members were kind and courteous. The estimate was very detailed and they took the time to break down the cost. The initial cost was more than I was expecting but Dennis worked with me to get the cost to where it needed to be. As soon as I saw the finished product there was no doubt in my mind that they were worth every penny!
