Whole Home Refresh in Arlington

This Glen Eagle project in Arlington was completed as a full home refresh designed to match the homeowner’s taste, lifestyle, and current stage of life. The scope included updates to the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and paint, with a strong focus on improving both style and everyday function. The client wanted to move away from an outdated kitchen and worn finishes, while also creating a safer bathing experience with a walk-in tub that was easier to use.

To simplify the process, the team took a hands-on role in guiding material selections and managing day-to-day communication. Products included Luban cabinetry, MSI stone, Kohler plumbing fixtures, Tile Bar tile, and Sherwin-Williams paint. One of the most unique parts of the project was bringing the new tub into the second-floor bathroom by removing the window, lifting the tub into place manually, and then reinstalling the window and trim. From demolition to final walkthrough, the project was completed in six weeks, and the homeowner was pleased with both the smooth process and the finished result.
